By using 5 Second Animal ("the app"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, don't use the app.

THE BASICS

5 Second Animal is a multiplayer drawing game. You draw things, other people vote, everyone has fun. The app is provided by 5 Second Animal LLC.

YOUR ACCOUNT

• Your account is tied to your device. There are no passwords.
• You're responsible for the content you create (drawings, prompts, usernames).
• You must be at least 13 years old to use the app.

CONTENT RULES

Don't use the app to create or share:

• Content that is illegal, threatening, or harassing
• Content depicting violence against real people
• Content that exploits minors in any way
• Spam or commercial solicitation

We may remove content or ban users who violate these rules. To report content, visit 5secondanimal.com/support/report.

YOUR CONTENT

• You own the drawings and prompts you create.
• By submitting content, you grant us a license to display it to other players in your room and store it for game functionality.
• Game data (drawings, votes) is automatically deleted after 90 days.

THE APP

• We provide the app "as is" with no warranties.
• We may update, change, or discontinue features at any time.
• We're not responsible for content created by other users.
• Service may be interrupted for maintenance or technical issues.

ADS

The app shows ads via Google AdMob between game rounds. Ad content is provided by Google and governed by Google's terms and privacy policy.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

To the maximum extent permitted by law, 5 Second Animal LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

CHANGES

We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the new terms.
